

Performs administrative duties of confidential nature with minimal supervision, which can include cash receipting.Assists in the day-to-day operations of the division/program assigned to. Coordinates purchasing of department supplies. Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities. Responds to internal and external inquiries with correspondence or other messaging. Prepares reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials. Collects, reviews, and analyzes complex, confidential data. The purpose of this job is to provide administrative support in various functions to assigned division/program staff.
